The link will direct you to Appfolio where you can complete your application and upload all the necessary documents. The required documents will include, Proof of income (pay stubs, bank statements, proof of assistance, etc.) as well as a copy of your I.D. There is a $30.00 application fee, per adult.
Q: How long does it take me to receive a decision on my application?
A: The application approval process generally takes 1-3 business days. It may take longer based on special circumstances. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Q: How much is the security deposit? What are the move in costs?
A: The amount of the security deposit can vary from 1 to 1.5 month’s rent based on the credit check. The move-in costs will include the security deposit, the first month’s rent (which may be prorated), pet fees, and administrative fees.
Q: What is your pet policy?
A: We do not accept cats. We do accept small dogs (select breeds, under 40 lbs.). There is a $400 nonrefundable pet fee and There is a $40 per month rental fee (per pet). You must provide proper vet documentation for current vaccinations (including rabies and distemper) and to show that the pet is spayed/neutered.
